Kareem Hamwi
Chief Executive Officer
Kareem gained his experience through his time at Booz Allen and then Deloitte in the US. Kareem is an MBA graduate from Bayes Business School (formerly CASS), City University of London, and prior to that got his Bachelors degree in Economics from George Mason University in Virginia, USA. Currently, he resides in Dubai, UAE, and mainly focuses on work, gaming, and petting every cat he sees.
Matt Kolokoff
Chief Marketing Officer
Matt got his start as a researcher on over 146 episodes of network TV, including episodes of Numb3rs, NCIS and Criminal Minds. After getting his MBA with a focus in marketing and analytics, Matt spent six years as the Director of Digital Marketing for the George Washington University School of Business. Matt now lives in Miami, Fl. Where he spends his free time thinking of ways to be a bad influence on his niece and nephews.

Prajakta is an experienced software engineer and product developer. She is driven by her curiosity to use technology in the simplest way to address complex use cases. As a product development lead, she ensures that the technical choices we make are best suited to transform industry requirements into product features.
Farzaan Pardiwala

Farzaan is an experienced Software programmer, a code enthusiast and digital puzzle solver fueled by Caffeine and Curiosity.
He finds joy in every byte and never backs down from a coding challenge. He likes to embrace the beauty of turning ideas into tangible user centric digital realities with an ingenious blend of innovation and precision and revels in the satisfaction of delivering products that positively impact people’s lives.
Samer Hamwi
Board Member
Being an ardent believer in nurturing distinguished talent, Samer has been able to build successful businesses as a serial entrepreneur in the software solutions industry. Globatech is the culmination of Samer’s efforts in the last 10 years with the capacity to deliver in financial, energy, regulatory, and healthcare industries. Samer has a Masters of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, as well as an MBA from C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston.
